Q: What number can I call for questions?

A: For questions about the Inzuria Health plans, give us a call at (844) 450-8111.

Q: How long do I have to keep the plan?

A: Coverage continues until you choose to cancel. You will need to submit a policy cancellation 30-days prior to your cancellation date.

Q: When will my payments be taken out?

A: Initial payment is same day as your application signup, following payments have the option to be taken out on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th and 25th.

Q: How old do I have to be to enroll?

A: Any age; minors require a guardian over the age of 18 in order to enroll.

Q: Do I get kicked off the plan when I turn 65? (ERISA vs MMP)

A: Nonresidents may stay on plan; residents need to be introduced to Medicare 6-months prior to their 65th birthday. We will send out a notification to members regarding this process.

Q: Can I pay for additional months in advance?

A: Yes.

Q: Can I cancel the plan at any time?

A: Yes. Please note cancellation must take place at least 30 days before the next coverage month.

Q: Can I add/remove people to my plan at any time? Will this affect pricing?

A: Yes, you may add/remove people at any time. Pricing will be affected differently for different plans. If you're looking to add a member and change your plan you will need to provide 60-days' notice to update your current plan and make the membership changes within our networks.

Q: Will my rate increase?

A: Expect premiums to increase on a yearly basis.

Q: Any way to expedite the plans effective date?

A: No.

Q: Can you mail me an application?

A: No. Everything is performed digitally.

Q: Do I have to have an email address?

A: Preferred. Everything is performed digitally. As part of the enrollment we communicate with the members pertaining to health directives (Men's – Women's Health issues)

Employer Groups

Q: How many employees considered a group?

A: 5.

Q: What are the membership fees for larger groups?

A: These are special rates per employee defined for larger groups that provide a census for their enrollment. This replaces the $35 fees normally charged.

Q: How do I sign up my employees?

A: The employer will use the Employer Group Signup and then send a link to their employees. The link will be shown at the end of the employer group signup process.

Q: How do I offer insurance for my contractors/contractor?

A: The same as an individual plan. If it's an employer group, they need to onboard as a group.

Q: Can each employee/contractor pick any plans?

A: Employee plan selection is dependent on plans the employer choose to offer.

Q: How can I make my payments?

A: GoAskJay will invoice you monthly and invoice payment can be done through ACH.
